  • Registration fees are refundable within 24 hours from the date of purchase.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the specified refund period.

1.2. Cancellation of the Conference:

  • In the event that Hemp Conference: The Future is Here is canceled, registrants will receive a full refund of their registration fees.
  • We are not responsible for any other expenses incurred by the registrant, such as travel or accommodation costs.

3. Substitutions

3.1. Registrants are allowed to transfer their registration to another individual at no additional cost.

4.1. No refunds will be issued for registrants who do not attend the conference (no-shows).

6.1. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in the cancellation of your registration.
